Refund Policy

This policy explains when a paid VPN subscription can be refunded. Refunds are reviewed by support and depend on payment status, usage, fraud checks, and the payment provider rules.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after payment if the service could not be activated, a technical issue prevented normal use, or the wrong plan was purchased by mistake.

For cryptocurrency payments, the refund amount may be reduced by blockchain network fees, provider fees, currency conversion costs, or exchange-rate differences.

Non-refundable Cases

Refunds are normally not issued after substantial usage, after the subscription period has ended, for accounts suspended for abuse or fraud, or when the issue is caused by unsupported software, incorrect local device setup, or regional network restrictions outside our control.

How to Request

Contact support from user-web or the Telegram bot. Include your account identifier, payment date, payment method, payment ID or transaction hash, selected plan, and a short reason for the refund. Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or card details.

Processing Time

We usually review requests within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are sent through the original provider when possible. Cryptocurrency refunds require a valid destination wallet address and may take longer because of blockchain confirmation time.
